Enviros is an innovative social services agency that provides critical, individualized programs to children, youth, adults, and families in vulnerable situations to meet their desired outcomes and wellness. We help clients make strength‑based changes to move toward independence within a healthy community. Our programs are grounded in experiential learning, promote personal discovery and growth, and emphasize relationship‑based foundations. Since 1976, we have adopted evidence‑based best practices and principles such as Voice and Choice, Collaboration/Team Based, Natural Supports, Community Based, Cultural Humility and Learning, Individualized, Strength‑Based, Persistence and Outcomes‑Based.
Permanent 0.8 FTE (32 hours per week). Work days: Friday through Monday, 7 a.m.–3 p.m. This role provides supervision, support, and direct care to youth residing in the Passages program and collaborates with the team to implement treatment plans.
The Passages Program is a six‑bed Live‑In program for youth ages 13‑17 with status with Children’s Services. It offers recreation, life‑skills and relationship‑based activities with an average stay of 6‑12 months, aiming to support each youth’s successful transition back to family or an appropriate placement.
Applicants must have at least a degree or diploma in a Human Service field and experience working with youth in a group‑living environment. Knowledge of trauma‑informed practices and the ability to work independently are required.
All staff must complete an Intervention Record Check (IRC) and a Criminal Record Check including a Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) before the employee’s start date. Checks may take up to six (6) weeks to complete and must be no more than six (6) months old at the time of hire.
