Proposal Manager

MatchBox Consulting Group is recruiting a Proposal Manager on behalf of a well-established and growing construction organization in Vancouver.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proposal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading pursuit submissions from strategy through final delivery. Working closely with senior leadership, pre-construction, and operations teams, you'll play a key role in winning exciting projects while helping shape proposal processes and best practices.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the development and delivery of RFQs, RFPs, EOIs, and other pursuit submissions.
• Manage proposal schedules, timelines, and submission requirements to ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather technical information and develop compelling proposal content.
• Review and refine submissions for accuracy, quality, compliance, and overall presentation.
• Support interview preparation, presentation development, and shortlisted pursuits.
• Maintain proposal content libraries, CRM data, and pursuit tracking tools.
• Mentor and support proposal team members while helping improve processes and standards.
• Collaborate with business development, estimating, and operations teams to support growth initiatives and strategic pursuits.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of proposal, business development, marketing, or pursuit management experience within construction, engineering, architecture, or a related professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of proposal and procurement processes, including RFQs and RFPs.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, and CRM platforms.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach.
