Nanny Wanted - Red Deer County Private Nanny Opportunity

I am looking for someone to be a more of a mommy helper. My kids go to Daycare everyday (two kids aged 2 and 4) but I do require housecare, laundry, cooking and some deeper cleaning (including bathrooms). The childcare would be occasionally when we need a night out but I am willing to pay to pretty much have a house care manager who looks after my entire house including organizing drawers, cleaning the microwave, helping with laundry and following a cleaning schedule that I will set etc. I will pay more money for these things to be done efficiently. I am looking for someone who can see something that needs to be done and take initiative to do it (like organizing a closet or washing finger prints off a mirror/window etc.). I would guarantee about 20 hours a week of work at minimum at a good wage since it is more cleaning than taking care of children (which can sometimes be more demanding).
