Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Product Manager to join the AEC Data team. In this role, you will help define and deliver the strategy and roadmap for Content Catalog. Content Catalog provides a central place for teams to store, version, organize, and find BIM content such as Revit families and AutoCAD blocks. By ensuring teams have access to approved and up-to-date content, Content Catalog improves consistency, supports standards adoption, and reduces rework across project workflows.

As a Product Manager, you will work closely with customers, engineering, architecture, experience design, and product teams to understand content management challenges and deliver solutions that improve how design content is created, governed, shared, and reused. You will balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical considerations while driving adoption and long-term product success.

Reporting to the Manager, Product Management responsible for Granular Authoring Data, you will collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Engineering Managers, and Product Managers to shape product investments and roadmap priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Content Catalog

  • Partner directly with customers to understand content management, governance, and reuse challenges across AEC workflows

  • Drive product investments that improve content discoverability, quality, consistency, and trust

  • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and experience design teams to deliver intuitive and scalable content management experiences

  • Partner with product teams across Autodesk to improve integration and adoption of Content Catalog capabilities

  • Prioritize investments using customer insights, business objectives, product telemetry, and technical considerations

  • Define and track success metrics to evaluate outcomes and inform future roadmap decisions

  • Communicate product strategy, priorities, and progress to stakeholders and leadership

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, or a related field

  • 5+ years of product management experience delivering software products or platform capabilities

  • Strong understanding of AEC workflows, BIM processes, and design content management

  • Experience working closely with customers to identify needs and translate them into product investments

  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment

  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders

  • Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, and modern software platforms

  • Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience defining product success metrics and using data to drive decisions

  • Strong knowledge of Agile product development methodologies
