You, along with the rest of the building operations team, will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of this property. You’ll be responsible for ensuring building systems run smoothly, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems. Working closely with the property management team, you’ll help maintain a high standard offort, safety, and efficiency for tenants and visitors. The Building Operator will be working independently and as a part of a team to maintain the building and respond to tenant requests in an efficient and professional manner.
