Location: Remote (Latin America strongly preferred to match timezone and language needs)
Hours: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (Normal Mountain Time / MST business hours)
Experience Level: Early to Mid-Tier (2–8 years of experience)
Compensation: Base salary ($2,000 – $2,500/month) + Competitive US-dollar based commission structure
About the Company
We are the world’s first and largest commercial cleaning franchise system, operating 120 regional offices across eight countries and generating over $1 billion in system-wide revenue annually.
The New Mexico and El Paso regional office is a dominant leader in its local territory, currently protecting and servicing over 330 commercial clients. As we aggressively expand our footprint across our region's 25,000+ available business prospects, we are seeking a hungry, strategic Appointment Setter & Sales Operations Specialist to act as the ultimate force multiplier for our field sales team.
Role Overview
This is not a traditional, robotic telemarketing role. We are moving away from mass, untargeted cold calling. Instead, you will act as a "Strategic Sergeant", partnering directly with our high-performing Account Executives on the ground in Albuquerque and El Paso to map territories, build out pipelines, and secure high-value first visits.
The ideal candidate possesses a strict "hunter-killer" sales mentality, thrives on uncovering new B2B business opportunities, and excels at leveraging modern technology like HubSpot CRM to turn raw data into a highly efficient sales machine.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Prospecting & Appointment Setting
- Conduct highly targeted, professional outbound outreach (cold/warm calling and emailing) to prospective commercial B2B clients.
- Identify, map, and engage key decision-makers to schedule qualified face-to-face appointments for our field Account Executives.
- Develop deep knowledge of the assigned geographical markets (New Mexico and El Paso County) to spot high-value vertical opportunities (e.g., medical offices, corporate spaces, industrial complexes).
- Follow up relentlessly and systematically with prospects to maximize appointment conversion rates.
CRM & Database Management (HubSpot)
- Take full ownership of our newly implemented HubSpot CRM—building, organizing, and maintaining clean, accurate data.
- Act as the strategic brain behind the database: segment lead lists, update prospect statuses, and meticulously document notes from outreach.
- Track outbound activity patterns to provide sales leadership with insights on pipeline growth and market trends.
Account Executive Partnership
- Collaborate daily with field sales reps to coordinate local territory targeting and capitalize on local referral loops.
- Manage calendars to ensure a steady stream of high-quality "first visits" for the ground team.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience: 2–8 years of proven success in appointment setting, inside sales development (SDR/BDR), or a dedicated B2B lead generation role.
- Language: Native or completely fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal). A clear, professional phone presence is critical.
- Mindset: A true "hunter" mentality. You enjoy the thrill of chasing new business, handling objections cleanly, and being measured directly on your production and outcomes.
- Technical Skill: Hands-on experience navigating, managing, and cleaning data within HubSpot CRM.
- Workspace: Disciplined, highly organized self-starter capable of managing multiple outreach tracks simultaneously from a fully remote home office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English): Strongly preferred. While New Mexico business is primarily conducted in English, our El Paso territory seamlessly transitions between both languages. Fluency in Spanish is a massive asset for rapport-building.
- Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in B2B service sales, facilities management, commercial cleaning, or related corporate service spaces.
Success Metrics
Your impact will be evaluated dynamically by your production:
- Volume & Quality: Number of qualified "first-visit" appointments successfully scheduled.
- Conversion Rate: The percentage of scheduled meetings that successfully occur and advance into the sales pipeline.
- CRM Health: The accuracy, cleanliness, and structural organization of the HubSpot database.
- Pipeline Velocity: Overall contribution to the revenue growth of the field sales team.
What This Role Offers
- High-Impact Ownership: You won’t just be a dialer; you will help structure how our regional franchise attacks its 24,000+ prospect market.
- Uncapped Earning Potential: Enjoy a stable base salary alongside a lucrative, dollar-denominated commission structure identical to what we pay U.S. field reps. When the team closes a deal you set, you win big.
- Stable Growth: Long-term career trajectory within an essential, recession-proof commercial services organization.
