Job description

Salary: $85,000 - 120,000 per year

Requirements:
  • We want someone with 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, DevOps, or Software Engineering.
  • We are looking for strong knowledge of web technologies, APIs such as REST/GraphQL, and SaaS environments.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, GCP, or Azure, is important.
  • You should be comfortable troubleshooting logs, integrations, and system-level problems.
  • You need excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical ideas to non-technical users.
  • Familiarity with scripting or coding in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages is preferred.
  • Experience in a fast-moving startup or product-led environment would be an advantage.
  • A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience, is required.
Responsibilities:
  • We will rely on you as the main technical contact for assigned customers after onboarding.
  • You will assist customers with API connections, platform setup, and technical issue resolution.
  • You will diagnose and fix complex technical challenges in partnership with our engineering teams.
  • You will advise customers on implementation best practices and ways to optimize platform performance.
  • You will track customer health, adoption, and product engagement to help prevent churn.
  • You will turn customer needs into actionable input for our product and engineering teams.
  • You will develop and update technical documentation, integration instructions, and support materials.
  • You will join onboarding conversations, technical training sessions, and solution planning workshops.
  • You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to support customer success across the full lifecycle.
