We're hiring an AI-Native Product Builder (Toronto/GTA, Remote) for a venture-backed US-Based software company that's fundamentally rethinking how modern product teams operate. Following a recent period of growth, the company is expanding its product organization and investing heavily in people who thrive at the intersection of product, design, and AI.
This is not a traditional Product Manager or Product Designer role. Instead of operating in silos, the team is built around individuals who own problems from discovery through delivery. They're looking for builders who enjoy understanding customer problems, designing thoughtful experiences, leveraging AI to prototype and iterate quickly, and collaborating closely with engineering to bring ideas to life. This is a highly autonomous environment where ownership, curiosity, and speed are valued just as much as technical ability.
