Job Summary
Provide table and floor gaming services to patrons while ensuring fair play and adherence to operational procedures. Deliver attentive customer service and maintain accurate records of transactions and incidents.

Main Duties
- Operate gaming tables and equipment, deal cards, manage bets, and pay out winnings accurately.
- Monitor the gaming floor to enforce house rules, detect irregularities, and ensure a safe environment.
- Provide courteous customer service, explain game rules, resolve patron questions and handle disputes professionally.
- Process cash transactions, tokens, and vouchers; reconcile tills and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Report and document incidents, discrepancies, suspected fraud, or suspicious activity to supervisors.
- Participate in required training, collaborate with security and management, and follow regulatory and internal procedures.
Requirements
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in gaming, hospitality, or customer service is an asset.
- Strong numeracy skills and proven cash-handling accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to pass background/security screening and be legally authorized to work in Canada.
