Job Summary
Conduct research and analysis to inform health policy development and program planning. Provide evidence-based recommendations and support evaluation of health initiatives.

Main Duties
- Design and conduct quantitative and qualitative research studies on health policy and program effectiveness.
- Analyze health data and research findings to identify trends, gaps, and policy implications.
- Prepare concise reports, policy briefs, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop evidence-based recommendations and contribute to the design or improvement of health programs.
- Coordinate consultations and liaise with stakeholders including government agencies, healthcare providers, and community groups.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance using established indicators and propose adjustments as needed.
Requirements
- University degree in public health, health policy, health administration, economics, social sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in health policy research, program evaluation, or a related role.
- Proven ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data using statistical or qualitative analysis software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing reports and presentations.
- Experience managing or contributing to project workplans, timelines, and stakeholder consultations.
- Ability to interpret health system information, guidelines, and policy documents and apply them in program contexts.
