Description
As our Financial Services Representative, you will be joining a team of highly engaged financial service professionals who are dedicated to providing an exceptional Member Experience. In this role, your primary responsibilities will be to understand the financial needs of our Members and provide the appropriate advice and recommendations. This will include completing front line transactional services to support our Members day to day banking, as well as an opportunity to grow by fulfilling advisory sales role such as opening new accounts, offering credit, deposit, identifying opportunities for wealth referrals, and positioning Meridian’s products and services to add value to our Members financial well being.

The Financial Services Representative will work alongside internal business partners – Wealth, Small Business, Mobile Mortgage Specialists – to ensure value‑added delivery of Member‑centric products and solutions.
In addition, this role will be responsible for meeting and exceeding specific individual goals and contributing towards team‑based business results. This role is expected to proactively engage in revenue‑generating and sales‑based activities, foster and deepen Member relationships and refer business to other channels.

- Post‑secondary education or equivalent work experience in a financial services sales environment an asset.

Salary Range: CAD 47,775 to 62,200 annually
Compensation for this role is based on a combination of skills, experience, and internal equity. Candidates with stronger alignment to the role’s requirements may be placed higher within the range. Your recruiter will share more information about our total rewards package during the hiring process.
