Job description

Our operations involve manufacturing filter bags and pouches for the cement, asphalt, aluminum, and foundry industries, as well as filter media for pharmaceutical, mining, and chemical plants, among others. Your main responsibilities would include: Order Entry: Entering customer orders into QAD Processing sales order packages Account Management: Updating orders, changing addresses, contact information, and billing details Sending order acknowledgments Providing daily shipping reports to key accounts Following up on customer service calls as needed Provide superior customer service by staying up to date on pending orders and customer requests Keep key customers informed of shipping dates, production changes, and order changes Coordinate across all Micronique departments Problem-solving: Manage product service issues and clarify customer complaints, identify root causes, recommend solutions and follow-up actions Support the sales team as needed Apply to learn more about the position! High School Diploma required; 1-3 years of successful experience in industrial sales and customer service. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to provide superior customer service. Experience and proficiency with Microsoft applications, keyboard skills and entry software. Previous experience with CRM and ERP products, preferred Analytical and logical approach to problem solving. Excellent interpersonal skills and team player capabilities across multiple departments within the organization. Detail orientated with the ability and desire to follow through. Motivated, self-starter with the ability to prioritize and work independently.
