Salesforce Production Support Analyst – Salesforce Administration, Apex & nCino Role Description
• Handle production incidents end-to-end, including ticket triage, escalation, stakeholder communication, and maintaining runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base articles for recurring issues. • Support deployment activities, production releases, hotfixes, and configuration changes. • Validate post-deployment functionality and ensure system stability after every release. • Administer and manage Salesforce environments, including users, permissions, and data models. • Customize Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and workflows to meet business requirements. • Configure and manage Salesforce Lightning components, including custom pages, dashboards, and reports. • Perform regular health checks and optimize Salesforce instance performance. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce customizations, integrations, and workflows. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions. • Manage SSL certificates, SAML certificates, and JWT signing certificates used in integrations. • Ensure timely renewal and rotation of certificates to avoid authentication failures.
Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce administration and development, including customizing Salesforce objects, workflows, and security models. • 2+ years of experience with nCino loan management system and basic understanding of Lending operations. • Strong experience integrating Salesforce with other platforms, systems, or applications using APIs and data connectors. • Experience with Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce REST APIs. • Proficiency in SQL and database management, particularly in relation to relational databases. • Familiarity with data modeling concepts like normalization, denormalization, and entity-relationship modeling. • Experience troubleshooting incidents using Apex classes, Triggers, Apex Test Classes for SFDC testing, and Batch Apex for complex data processing. • Experience in SFDC development using Visualforce pages, Visualforce components, AJAX Toolkit, SOQL, and SOSL queries. • Experience customizing various SFDC standard objects like Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Cases, Entitlements, Service Contracts, Reports, and dashboards. • Experience creating Page Layouts and search layouts to organize fields, custom links, related lists, and other components on record detail and edit pages.
