The position serves as the primary finance partner to Procurement, Supply Chain, Commercial Finance, and BP&A leaders while maintaining strong governance over rebate receivables, supply accruals, and vendor-related controls. The role drives continuous improvement through data analytics, reporting automation, and process transformation initiatives that strengthen decision-making and financial performance.

  • Monitors supply-related financial performance against budget, forecast, and strategic targets, providing proactive analysis and recommendations to address emerging risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Partners with Procurement and Supply leadership to evaluate sourcing strategies, vendor economics, pricing structures, and cost-saving initiatives, ensuring financial impacts are clearly understood and realized.
  • Leads monthly and quarterly business reviews for Supply Finance, providing performance insights, trend analysis, and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Supports annual operating plan and forecast cycles by developing supply-related assumptions, identifying key drivers, and ensuring alignment between operational plans and financial objectives.

Leads Supply Finance Analytics & Reporting:

  • Leads the development and execution of the Supply Finance analytics strategy, delivering actionable insights that support business performance, margin improvement, and informed decision-making. Establishes key performance indicators, monitors trends and variances, and translates complex data into clear recommendations for Finance, Procurement, and Supply leadership teams.
  • Owns the design, development, and continuous enhancement of Supply Finance reporting and dashboard capabilities, including Power BI solutions that provide a single source of truth for supply spend, vendor performance, accruals, rebates, compliance, and financial performance metrics.
  • Develops and maintains executive-level reporting that provides visibility into vendor funding, spend compliance, rebate performance, procurement savings, working capital, and supply chain economics.
  • Identifies financial trends, operational inefficiencies, and performance gaps through advanced analytics, providing recommendations that improve profitability and decision quality.
  • Collaborates with Finance, Procurement, IT, and business stakeholders to improve data accessibility, reporting consistency, and analytical capabilities across the organization.
  • Leverages automation, AI-enabled analytics, and visualization tools to streamline reporting processes, reduce manual effort, and improve insight generation.
  • Establishes governance over Supply Finance reporting to ensure consistent definitions, methodologies, and performance measures across functions.

Leads Forecasting, Planning & Accrual Governance:

  • Leads forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning processes for supply-related expenditures, vendor funding, and supply chain economics. Identifies risks and opportunities, evaluates business impacts, and provides recommendations that support financial targets and strategic objectives.
  • Establishes and maintains standardized accrual methodologies, monthly review processes, and variance analysis protocols to improve financial accuracy and reduce volatility.
  • Develops forecasting models and analytical tools that improve visibility into supply costs, rebate earnings, vendor funding performance, and future financial outcomes.
  • Leads monthly financial reviews of accrual balances, identifying root causes of variances and implementing corrective actions to improve forecasting accuracy and financial predictability.
  • Partners with Controllership to ensure supply-related accounting treatment, accrual practices, and financial reporting remain compliant with accounting standards and internal policies.
  • Supports financial risk assessments related to procurement, vendor funding arrangements, and supply chain initiatives, ensuring appropriate controls and mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Provides decision support and scenario analysis for strategic supply initiatives, supplier changes, sourcing strategies, and cost optimization opportunities.

Leads Vendor Funding AR & Data Governance:

  • Owns the governance, collection, and recovery of vendor funding receivables, rebates, and other supplier-related recoveries. Leads aging reviews, dispute resolution activities, and cross-functional action plans to improve cash collection performance, reduce outstanding balances, and strengthen working capital outcomes.
  • Establishes vendor data standards, controls, and performance management processes to ensure timely, accurate, and complete vendor reporting.
  • Leads regular reviews of vendor receivable balances, identifying collection risks, aging concerns, and opportunities to accelerate cash recovery.
  • Partners with Procurement, Legal, and vendor partners to resolve contractual disputes, rebate discrepancies, and funding recovery issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitors vendor compliance with reporting, rebate, and contractual obligations, escalating issues as required and ensuring corrective action plans are implemented.
  • Establishes processes and controls that improve the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of vendor-related financial data used in reporting and forecasting.
  • Supports internal and external audit requirements related to vendor funding programs, rebate receivables, supply accruals, and associated controls.
