Production Operator for a leading manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are mechanically inclined, quality-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment.
As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring products are manufactured according to specification while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards.
- Pay Rate: $18.50 - $ 19.50/hour
- Location: Belleville, ON
- Shifts: 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday for training and transition to 11:00pm - 7:30am

Responsibilities: - Perform regular inspections of manufactured components to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and quality standards
- Operate production equipment in accordance with process instructions and production requirements
- Monitor machine performance and keep equipment running at established production standards
- Feed materials and components into machines to maintain a continuous production flow
- Work closely with Set-Up Technicians and Lead Hands to achieve daily production targets and schedules
- Assemble and build ceramic plates through printing, pressing, sealing, and cleaning processes
- Identify and report quality issues, equipment concerns, or process deviations
- Complete production and quality documentation as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and manufacturing standards
Qualifications and Skills: - High school diploma
- Clean Criminal background
- Previous manufacturing or production experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and technical drawings
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Mechanically inclined with good problem-solving abilities
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate physical work
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to meet production targets
- Commitment to quality and safety

- Dependable and motivated work ethic
- Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
