Our client is sourcing a Manager, Private Market Operations for a 10-Month Contract.

About the Opportunity

• Oversee the full lifecycle of specialized investment activities, including setup, transaction handling, settlements, and ongoing support functions.
• Review and validate daily activities to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Support and guide team members in their day-to-day responsibilities.
• Maintain data integrity across processes and workflows.
• Work with internal and external groups to align processes and improve documentation standards.
• Respond to various requests while ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintain and enhance controls, policies, and procedural documentation.
• Support systems and tools used in daily operations.
• Monitor team performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with audit-related activities and provide required support.
• Contribute to process enhancements and efficiency initiatives.
• Participate in meetings and ensure assigned tasks are completed.
• Support broader team and organizational objectives as needed.

About You

• Post-secondary education in a related field.
• Relevant professional designation is considered an asset.
• Several years of experience in operations within a structured environment.
• Prior experience leading or supporting a team.
• Familiarity with complex investment structures is beneficial.
• Experience with process improvements is an asset.
