Interclara has been engaged by a growing third-party logistics company in Mississauga to help identify a hands-on Capacity Manager.
Our client provides customized freight and supply chain solutions across North America and is continuing to grow its operations and service offering. This is an opportunity to join an entrepreneurial, service-driven logistics business in a role that sits close to the daily movement of freight, carrier relationships, and operational execution.
The Capacity Manager will help oversee daily transportation capacity, support the capacity team, work closely with carrier partners, and ensure shipments are matched with the right resources in a cost-effective and reliable way.
This is a practical, hands-on role for someone who understands the pace of a 3PL environment and can balance urgency, service, cost, and team accountability. The successful candidate will stay close to the workflow, help resolve issues quickly, and act as a key point of escalation between carriers, dispatch, customer service, warehouses, terminals, and internal operations teams.
