PEGA Program Manager

Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)
Start Date: July 27, 2026
Employment Type: Contract (6-12 Months)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced PEGA Program Manager to lead multiple strategic technology initiatives, including a large-scale PEGA implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong program management experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of a PEGA implementation program.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent workstreams, including:
    • PEGA implementation
    • AI-powered Investor Portal
    • Multi-Factor Authentication (SAML/OpenID)
    • Core System to PEGA Integration
    • Operational Database implementation
  • Establish program governance, project plans, and reporting frameworks.
  • Manage project budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Provide executive-level status reporting and ensure successful program delivery.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and facilitate steering committee meetings.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-scale technology transformation programs.
  • Experience leading PEGA implementation projects.
  • Strong stakeholder and executive management skills.
  • Experience managing multiple parallel workstreams.
  • Expertise in governance, budgeting, risk management, and project reporting.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with AI/Digital Transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Investor Portals or Financial Services platforms.
  • Experience with SAML, OpenID, Identity & Access Management.
  • Experience managing enterprise integration projects.
  • Familiarity with operational database implementations.
