Job description
Kelly Services is seeking a customer-focused Front Desk Administrator for a 7 week assignment, with our client located in Simcoe, ON. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing information, directing inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks for Social Services.
Please note: this position will be 830-430 Monday-Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers in a professional, service-oriented manner.
  • Respond to inquiries, direct calls, and provide general information.
  • Support Social Services clients with appointment scheduling and system navigation.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, as well as payments for various services.
  • Maintain office supplies, reception area organization, and informational materials.
  • Coordinate with IT to update phone system directories.
  • Receive and distribute shipments and vaccines as required.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of front desk or administrative experience within a public sector environment.
  • Grade 12 diploma required.
  • Strong customer service, public relations, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use department-specific software.
Other Requirements:
  • A background check is required

  • Pay rate $22/hour + 4% vacation pay.
  • Weekly pay via direct deposit.
  • Full-time hours Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (35 hours/week)
