As part of the Institute of Skilled Trades faculty team in the Electrical Construction & Industrial program, you will:
This role combines shop instruction with modern teaching tools and blended learning approaches, including in-class, online, and off-site instruction, as well as occasional evening and weekend sessions.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking experienced tradespeople who are passionate about the industry and interested in helping others succeed.
Ideal candidates will have:
Interprovincial Red Seal certification in the Construction Electrician or Industrial Electrician trade.
A minimum of five years (full-time equivalent) of recent journeyperson experience in the electrical construction and industrial trade.
Comfortable using computer applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook
Previous teaching experience or related experience in the delivery of educational program or training adults would be an asset, but not required. If you've coached apprentices, trained coworkers, or shared your knowledge on the shop floor, you already have valuable experience to build on.
NOTE: Two years of your training will be counted towards the educational requirements and cannot be included as part of your occupational experience.
Compensation & Benefits
Faculty salaries currently range from approximately $78,771 to $104,267 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
