Routes / trajets

  • Poste : AZ transfrontalier, propriétaire-exploitant (citerne US)
  • Approuvé FAST ou approuvé TWIC
  • Les chargements partent de Montréal-Est, QC, vers Albany, NY et les environs | Vermont | South Portland, ME | Hamilton, ON | Local QC

Requirements

  • A valid Class 1 / AZ
  • Verifiable Class 1 / AZ experience
  • Minimum 2 full year commercial driving experience
  • A valid FAST Card or TWIC Card is required
  • Must be comfortable spending multiple days on the road (no exceptions)
  • Heavy spec truck preferred

Onboarding & compliance steps

  • Minimum 1-week training period required before dispatch
  • All trucks being plated must pass a JTG shop inspection before plating
  • Complete an Employment Application (Owner Operator & OO Driver)
  • Complete all required Carriers Edge Modules
  • DOT Pre-Employment Drug Test required if crossing the border
  • Attend Driver Orientation & Training before first dispatch

Schedule / job type

Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, some Saturdays.

Rémunération et avantages

  • Rémunération compétitive : 75 % du revenu brut du chargement plus FSC

Exigences

  • Permis de conduire valide Classe 1 / AZ
  • Expérience vérifiable avec permis Classe 1 / AZ
  • Minimum de 2 années complètes d’expérience en conduite commerciale
  • Carte FAST ou carte TWIC valide requise
  • Doit être à l’aise de passer plusieurs jours sur la route (aucune exception)
  • Camion à spécifications lourdes préféré

Étapes d’intégration et de conformité

  • Période minimale de formation d’une semaine requise avant la répartition
  • Tous les camions devant être immatriculés doivent passer une inspection à l’atelier JTG avant l’immatriculation
  • Compléter une demande d’emploi (propriétaire-exploitant et chauffeur OO)
  • Compléter tous les modules requis sur Carriers Edge
  • Test de dépistage de drogues DOT pré-emploi requis pour les traversées frontalières
  • Participer à l’orientation et à la formation des chauffeurs avant la première répartition
