WHAT YOU’LL DO

The People & Culture Coordinator supports the employee experience by fostering a culture of care and providing administrative and operational support for Four Seasons Resort Lana’i, Sensei Lana’i, and all other Four Seasons Lana’i entities. This role serves as a key resource for employees, applicants, and vendors, delivering professional, efficient service while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees, applicants, and vendors, providing professional support while maintaining confidentiality and handling People & Culture inquiries

• Provide administrative support by maintaining employee records, managing department communications, and coordinating daily office operations

• Support employee communications through bulletin boards, digital platforms, and other engagement channels

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities, including background checks, employment documentation, Workday transactions, and new hire processing

• Coordinate employee recognition, engagement programs, and special events to promote a positive workplace culture

WHAT TO BRING

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States

• The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.

• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods, lift up to 30lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts.

• Hawaii Driver’s License is requiredfor this role to be able todrive between resort locations.

• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and accuracy skills, with proficiency in computer systems and technology required to support daily operations.
