Join Our Team as a Live in Building Caretaker!
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Live-In Building Caretaker to manage the day-to-day operations of a residential strata building. This role combines hands-on maintenance, cleaning responsibilities, and coordination with property management to ensure the building is well-maintained and residents' needs are addressed promptly.
Job Type: Full time, live-in
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Shift timing: 8am-4pm
Start Date: October
Salary: $25/hr
Accommodation: A 1 BHK suite is provided within the building. The live-in Building caretaker is required to pay rent per month for the suite $1350 / month
