Parkdale's full-service non-sterile compounding laboratory enables the team to provide customized medication solutions tailored to individual patient needs. Parkdale Pharmacy is supported by a large and experienced dispensary team. As Pharmacy Manager, you will partner closely with an internal Operations Lead to ensure the successful delivery of pharmacy services while maintaining a strong focus on patient care and team performance.

Your Role

As Pharmacy Manager, you will collaborate with both internal and external healthcare partners to operate a best-in-class, efficient community pharmacy while fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.

You will also play a key leadership role within the on-site Murphy's Pharmacy Care Clinic, practicing to your full scope and helping expand access to pharmacist-led healthcare services, including:

• Primary care services
• Medication optimization
• Prescribing and assessment services
• Preventative healthcare programs
• Vaccinations and patient education

What You Will Bring

In addition to a passion for patient care and leadership, successful candidates will have:

• A license to practice pharmacy in PEI or another Canadian province
• Experience leading healthcare professionals and building collaborative teams
• A minimum of three years of management experience in a high-volume pharmacy environment
• A commitment to innovation, continuous improvement, and exceptional patient outcomes
• A passion for developing teams and team member performance
