Looking to launch your HR career with an organization that will invest in your growth? As an HR Technician at BCI, you'll support employees through every stage of their journey while working with both our Business Partnership and Talent Acquisition teams.

We're looking for someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn — comfortable juggling priorities, handling sensitive information with discretion, and bringing a service-first mindset to every interaction. If you're ready to build a strong HR foundation at a collaborative, fast-paced organization, this is the role for you.

This 14-month fixed term opportunity includes all benefits available to permanent employees, such as participation in our defined benefit pension plan, extended health and dental, vacation and wellness benefits.

The Technician supports the full employee lifecycle and handles sensitive information requiring well-rounded knowledge and expertise of HR functions and services, and employment practices. The Technician fulfills a key support role to the HR department and employees, maintains and continually improves HR processes, and acts on behalf of the HR Advisor as required. The Technician acts as a first point of contact for routine HR inquiries and transactions, resolving requests directly where possible, and triaging or escalating complex matters to HR Business Partners or the appropriate Centre of Expertise.
