Billing/Payroll Associate

About the Opportunity

• Data entry for billing on specific accounts and drivers’ payroll on a weekly basis
• Review and verification of drivers timesheets to enter for payroll
• Review and interpret sales contracts relating to billing
• Investigate driver pay questions/concerns
• Coordination of special customer billing requests
• Generate invoices and ensuring all documentation matches (purchase order, packing slip, BOLs, etc)
• Maintaining SOPs on own accounts
• Monthly analysis on accruals
• Overtime will be required during peak periods

About You

• Billing experience is a strong asset
• Transportation industry is a strong asset, not a must have
• Strong communication skills

Pay Range
$19 per hour
