Technicien(ne) de service aéroportuaire – Système automatisé de manutention du fret


Résumé du poste
Lödige est un fournisseur de systèmes de manutention de matériel. Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) technicien(ne) de service aéroportuaire pour assurer l'entretien de notre système automatisé de manutention du fret à l'Aéroport international Montréal–Trudeau.


Le poste comprend des tâches de dépannage mécanique, électrique ainsi que des interventions sur les automates programmables (PLC) et les logiciels de contrôle (la formation sur les logiciels sera fournie).


Le système est exploité 24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7; le titulaire devra donc être disponible pour travailler selon un horaire rotatif comprenant les soirs, les nuits et les fins de semaine. Les principales responsabilités seront exercées à l'Aéroport international Montréal–Trudeau.


Responsabilités


  • Effectuer la maintenance préventive planifiée, notamment le nettoyage, la lubrification, l'inspection des composantes (capteurs, moteurs, courroies d'entraînement, etc.) ainsi que la réparation ou le remplacement des pièces, au besoin.
  • Répondre aux pannes lorsqu'elles surviennent, effectuer la maintenance corrective et rétablir le fonctionnement du système dans les meilleurs délais.
  • Comprendre le fonctionnement du système et diagnostiquer efficacement les problèmes afin de soutenir l'équipe des opérations du client.
  • Remplir les bons de travail et rédiger des rapports détaillés sur les interventions effectuées.
  • Communiquer avec le centre d'assistance technique de l'entreprise, situé en Allemagne et disponible 24 h/24, en anglais.
  • Au besoin, participer à l'installation de nouveaux projets ou effectuer des travaux de maintenance sur d'autres systèmes de manutention de matériel ailleurs au Canada.

Santé et sécurité


Le titulaire est responsable de sa propre sécurité ainsi que de celle des personnes pouvant être affectées par son travail, notamment en :


  • Complétant toute la formation obligatoire en santé, sécurité et environnement (SSE/HSE).
  • Participant aux activités liées à la santé et à la sécurité, notamment les enquêtes sur les incidents, les audits et les évaluations.
  • Signalant toute situation pouvant entraîner un accident ou une blessure et en interrompant les travaux lorsque nécessaire.

Exigences obligatoires


  • Formation en génie ou dans un domaine technique pertinent.
  • Minimum de quatre (4) années d'expérience en entretien de systèmes industriels ou mécaniques.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en résolution de problèmes et capacité à travailler de façon autonome.
  • Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
  • Bonne maîtrise du français, à l'oral et à l'écrit, afin de communiquer efficacement avec les clients et les équipes sur le site.
  • Aucun antécédent judiciaire et volonté de se soumettre à une vérification des antécédents, puisqu'une autorisation de sécurité aéroportuaire (RAIC ou équivalent) est requise.

Atouts


  • Qualification reconnue au Québec comme électricien industriel, électromécanicien ou mécanicien industriel (millwright).
  • Expérience en automatisation industrielle, en systèmes de contrôle et en automates programmables (PLC).
  • Connaissances des systèmes automatisés de manutention de matériel.
  • Une expérience avec les systèmes automatisés de stationnement constitue un atout, sans être essentielle.

Salaire et avantages


  • Salaire : À déterminer selon l'expérience et les qualifications.
  • Poste permanent à temps plein de 40 heures par semaine.

Job Summary

Lödige is a supplier of material handling systems. We are seeking an Airport Service Technician to maintain our automated cargo handling system at Montréal-Trudeau International Airport. The position includes mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, as well as interventions on programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and control software (software training will be provided). The system operates 24/7; therefore, the successful candidate must be available to work a rotating schedule including evenings, nights, and weekends. The primary responsibilities will be based at Montréal-Trudeau International Airport.

Responsibilities


  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and inspection of components (sensors, motors, drive belts, etc.), as well as repair or replacement of parts as needed.
  • Respond to malfunctions as they occur, perform corrective maintenance, and restore system operation as quickly as possible.
  • Understand system operation and effectively diagnose problems to support the client's operations team.
  • Complete work orders and write detailed reports on interventions performed.
  • Contact the company's technical support center, located in Germany and available 24/7 in English.
  • As required, participate in the installation of new projects or perform maintenance on other material handling systems elsewhere in Canada.

  • Completing all mandatory health, safety, and environment (HSE) training.
  • Participating in health and safety activities, including incident investigations, audits, and assessments.
  • Reporting any situation that could lead to an accident or injury and stopping work when necessary.

Mandatory Requirements


  • Engineering background with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the maintenance of industrial and/or mechanical systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • French language proficiency is strongly preferred to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and airport personnel.
  • No criminal record and willingness to undergo a background check, as a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) or other airport security clearance may be required to access the system.

Additional Requirements


  • The following Quebec qualifications will be considered an asset:
    • Licence C – Corporation des maîtres électriciens du Québec (CMEQ) or qualification as an industrial electrician recognized in Quebec.
    • Certificate of Qualification (Millwright / Industrial Mechanic) issued or recognized in Quebec (Emploi-Québec / applicable authority).
  • Technical expertise related to automation and industrial control systems.
  • Experience with PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation.
  • Knowledge of automated cargo handling systems or automated parking systems is considered an asset, but is not essential.
