Job description
Résumé du rôle Constructions HDF est une entreprise familiale spécialisée dans l’entretien et la réhabilitation de chaussées depuis plus de 65 ans. Portée par une équipe engagée, elle réalise des projets d’envergure partout au Québec et se distingue par son savoir-faire, sa fiabilité et sa volonté constante d’évoluer. Sous la responsabilité de la direction, l'adjoint(e) exécutif(ve) joue un rôle clé dans le soutien administratif, organisationnel et opérationnel de la direction. La personne en poste agit comme un véritable pilier dans la coordination des activités quotidiennes, le suivi des priorités et l’amélioration continue des processus internes. Responsabilités Au quotidien, l'adjoint(e) exécutif(ve) aura notamment à : Soutenir la direction dans les dossiers stratégiques et les activités administratives courantes; Gérer l’agenda, les priorités, les communications et les rappels de la direction; Assurer les suivis d’avancement auprès des différents intervenants internes et externes; Planifier, organiser et coordonner les réunions, rendez-vous, appels, déplacements professionnels et rencontres d’affaires; Rédiger, réviser et assurer le suivi de diverses correspondances, documents administratifs, comptes rendus et présentations; Préparer la documentation nécessaire aux rencontres et aux dossiers en cours; Participer à la mise à jour et à l’amélioration des procédures, politiques et outils administratifs; Optimiser les systèmes de classement numérique et papier; Accueillir les visiteurs et assurer certaines responsabilités liées à la réception; Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe afin de soutenir efficacement la direction et l’équipe. Exigences Baccalauréat dans une discipline pertinente au poste, ou combinaison équivalente de formation et d’expérience; Formation en bureautique, secrétariat, administration ou domaine connexe; Expérience dans un rôle de soutien administratif, exécutif ou de soutien à la direction; Excellente maîtrise du français, à l’oral comme à l’écrit; Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais; Très bonne maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, notamment Word, Excel, OneNote et PowerPoint; Aisance à gérer les priorités, les suivis et les communications dans un environnement actif. Atouts Connaissance du logiciel Acomba; Expérience en soutien à un président, une direction générale ou un membre de la haute direction; Expérience dans un environnement de PME, de construction ou d’entreprise familiale; Capacité à participer à l’amélioration de procédures et d’outils administratifs.
