Senior Product Manager – Corpay

Corpay is hiring a Senior Product Manager for the Corpay Cross-Border Solutions line of business in Toronto. The role focuses on driving strategy, roadmap, delivery, go-to-market execution, adoption, and ongoing optimization of customer-facing capabilities on the global payments and FX platform, with an initial focus on stablecoin-enabled features. The Senior Product Manager reports directly to the Product Management Lead and collaborates with teams across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Operations, Design, Marketing, Digital Growth, Sales, Customer Success, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for stablecoin-enabled initiatives and align priorities with company objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.
  • Prioritize product features based on business value, ROI, customer impact, technical feasibility, and implementation effort.
  • Establish and communicate a shared product vision across cross-functional teams.
  • Translate strategic business goals into actionable product initiatives and delivery plans.
  • Partner with commercial and business stakeholders to understand customer pain points, operational challenges, and market demands.
  • Conduct product discovery through customer interviews, stakeholder workshops, user feedback, analytics, and market research.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to drive alignment, collaboration, and product adoption.
  • Lead backlog prioritization, sprint planning, refinement, and release planning activities within Agile development teams.
  • Write and manage epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
  • Provide clarity around scope, priorities, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives and quality expectations.
  • Perform competitive analysis and industry research to identify emerging trends, capabilities, and opportunities.
  • Develop business cases to support strategic investments and evaluate market opportunities.
  • Validate concepts, assess feasibility, and define minimum viable product approaches.
  • Lead cross-functional product launches in partnership with Operations, Marketing, Digital Growth, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Define success metrics, KPIs, and adoption targets for product initiatives.
  • Monitor post-launch performance, customer adoption, and business outcomes.
  • Establish corrective action plans and optimization strategies when targets or outcomes are not achieved.
  • Communicate product strategy, priorities, and outcomes effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Influence decision-making across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience within B2B Payments, FinTech, or related financial technology environments.
  • Strong experience managing customer‑facing digital products focused on usability and workflow efficiency.
  • Understanding of stablecoins and emerging payment infrastructure, including domestic and cross‑border payment workflows.
  • Experience partnering closely with UX/UI designers, commercial stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver customer‑centric solutions.
  • Proven ability to prioritize competing initiatives based on ROI, value, impact, risk, and engineering effort.
  • Experience leading Agile product development teams using Scrum methodology.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to support decision‑making.
  • Experience conducting product discovery, customer research, journey mapping, and competitive analysis.
  • Proven track record of launching products and measuring success through KPIs, adoption metrics, and operational outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics tools preferred.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive benefits package – medical, dental, vision, and paramedical benefits effective day one.
  • Optional company‑match RRSP program.
  • Virtual fitness classes offered company‑wide.
  • Paid time‑off including major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, and volunteer time.
  • Discounted gym membership rates.
  • Philanthropic support with local and national organizations.
  • Fun culture with company‑wide contests and prizes.

Pay Transparency

The expected salary range for this position is CAD $141,000 – $176,000, based on the candidate's work location. The final offer will reflect skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable market conditions. Compensation may vary by geography and will be confirmed during the hiring process. Additional compensation and benefits, including incentive programs, may also be provided.
