Position Summary

:

An introduction to the scientific study of human behaviour within organizational settings. Topics to be covered will include: individuals within organizations (e.g., personality, attitudes, motivation), groups within organizations (e.g., teamwork, leadership, conflict), and the organizations themselves (e.g., organizational culture, nonprofit organizations NGOs).

Qualifications – Required Academic Degree: Master’s Degree or minimum 2 years progress in a doctoral program
