As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the Synthetic Prime Expansion project. This is not just a "process" role; we are looking for a strategic leader who can navigate the unknown, ask the right questions to uncover requirements, and drive cross-functional teams toward a successful launch.
The successful candidate will act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical execution teams, ensuring that the project aligns with broader enterprise strategies while meeting rigorous regulatory and governance standards.

Responsibilities
• Project Leadership: Plan, manage, and deliver all project phases, ensuring alignment with business goals and cost/time objectives.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage executive sponsors and business owners, providing transparent communication regarding project status, financials, and risks.
• Governance & Compliance: Adhere to enterprise project gating and methodology, ensuring all documentation and controls meet bank standards.
• Financial Management: Own the project budget, including accurate forecasting, monthly reporting, and managing discrepancies between actuals and estimates.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify project dependencies and risks (technology, procurement, business process) and develop robust mitigation plans.
• Change Management: Apply Organizational Change Management principles to ensure business readiness and smooth transition post-implementation.
• Ambiguity Management: Navigate "unknowns" by gathering information from various workstreams to define scope and direction.
Qualifications

Qualifications
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience, specifically within Global Markets or Equities.
• Subject Matter Expertise: Solid understanding of Trading knowledge and financial market infrastructure.
• Stakeholder Skills: Proven track record of managing high-level stakeholders and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Education: Degree-level education is required.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and a high degree of comfort working in "grey areas" where processes may still be under development.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in tracking, logging, documenting, and reporting project health via enterprise tools.
• Nice-to-Have: Prior experience or knowledge of Synthetic Prime services is a significant asset.
