The Hemlo Mine (“Hemlo”) is a long-life, fully integrated gold mining operation located approximately 35 km east of the town of Marathon in Northwestern Ontario, Canada, along the Trans Canada Highway and just north of Lake Superior. Your new role
The Project Superintendent reports directly to the Project Manager and is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and safe delivery of capital projects across the Hemlo operation. This role provides leadership and oversight for assigned capital projects and field execution activities, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements. The Project Superintendent supports project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, contractor coordination, and stakeholder engagement, while working closely with the Project Manager to advance the site's operational and strategic objectives. The role collaborates with Operations, Maintenance, Technical Services, Environmental, Supply Chain, Finance, and external contractors to successfully deliver projects that create sustainable value for the operation.What you'll need to succeed
