  • Maintain project timelines and coordinate execution of team priorities.
  • Assist with onboarding initiatives, partner projects, and operational improvements.

Data, Systems & Reporting Management

  • Maintain data integrity across Salesforce, Power BI, SharePoint, Seismic, reporting databases, and internal tracking tools.
  • Produce recurring sales, platform, SMA, recommended list, and strategic partner reporting.
  • Ensure client and business information is accurate, accessible, and current.
  • Manage travel arrangements, expense reporting, calendars, meetings, and team coordination activities.
  • Prepare agendas, presentation materials, meeting packages, and follow-up communications.
  • Support execution of team initiatives, weekly meetings and organizational priorities.

Communications & Content Management

  • Produce and distribute the National Accounts and PD weekly update and other internal communications.
  • Maintain content libraries, marketing materials, due diligence resources, speaker content, and sales enablement tools.
  • Coordinate updates and ensure consistency and accuracy across team communications.

Contract & Documentation Management

  • Maintain client agreements, onboarding documentation, compliance and governance records, and team reference materials.
  • Ensure information is organized, compliant, and readily accessible.

Shared Accountabilities

  • Partner closely with Senior Business Development leaders to support strategic distribution relationships.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Compliance, Operations, Legal, and Client Reporting teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting, operational processes, communications, and client experience initiatives.
  • Support business development campaigns, product launches, and growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in financial services, asset management, business operations, client service, or sales support.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, Seismic, or similar business systems preferred.
  • Familiarity with RFI, RFP, DDQ, client reporting, or due diligence processes is an asset.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
