Job description

Our Montreal based client is seeking an experienced Bi-lingual SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Director to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of relevant combined managerial experience in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), as well as proven experience in project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership in delivering solution-oriented SAP EAM consulting services to large organizations in the public and private sectors.
  • Lead and support SAP EAM sales efforts and practice development initiatives.
  • Actively pursue new business development opportunities.
  • Establish strong business relationships with potential clients at a senior level.
  • To lead, manage, develop and mentor team members.
  • Strong commitment to excellence in professional customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to systematically solve problems.
  • Travel within Canada is required, with occasional international travel.
  • The candidate must meet the requirements for obtaining a security clearance.
  • Ability to develop and present new ideas, as well as to conceptualize new approaches and solutions.


  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
