Rejoignez une équipe dingénierie innovante et contribuez à des projets denvergure en modélisation numérique. En tant que Concepteur de maquette numérique 3D vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la création et lexploitation de maquettes numériques 3D pour des projets en ingénierie civile au sein dun environnement collaboratif PLM/BIM. Vous évoluerez au cœur dune équipe multidisciplinaire axée sur la performance la qualité et linnovation.

Votre rôle

• Concevoir des maquettes numériques 3D paramétriques et des assemblages douvrages civils à laide de CATIA V5 et/ou 3DEXPERIENCE.

• Construire et maintenir des maquettes numériques 3D en respectant les protocoles et conventions établis.

• Traduire les propositions techniques et les dessins 2D ou nuages de points en modèles 3D intégrant les contraintes techniques.

• Collaborer en mode projet et participer aux réunions pour soutenir la coordination des maquettes numériques.

• Produire les livrables issus des maquettes pour lextraction de quantités de données et la préparation des dossiers techniques.

• Identifier les incohérences dexigences de modélisation et proposer des solutions adaptées.

• Contribuer à lamélioration continue à linnovation et à lintégration du PLM/BIM dans les processus de conception.

À propos de vous

• Maîtrise des outils de conception 3D CATIA V5 et/ou 3DEXPERIENCE.

• Capacité à modéliser des maquettes numériques extraire des données et produire des livrables à partir des modèles.

• Aptitude à travailler en équipe dans un environnement de projets multidisciplinaires.

• Capacité danalyse et rigueur appliquées à la conception et à la modélisation 3D.

• Maîtrise de langlais et du français à loral comme à lécrit.*

* Ce poste requiert la connaissance dune autre langue que le français soit langlais puisque vous serez membre dune équipe de direction canadienne mondiale ou régionale et devrez collaborer avec des collègues situés à lextérieur du Québec.

Under the direction of the 3D solutions business manager the digitalmodeldesigner(BIM/ PLM)participatesin the development of 3D digital models necessary for the realization of PLM/ BIM collaborative projects.

The candidates expected activities are to design parametric parts in 3D as well as assemblies of civil structures withSmartplantand otherengineering Digital Model Designer is responsible for all or part of the production of 3D Digital Models and their use for deliverables and other digital data necessary for a design in the field of civil engineering.

Your role

• Responsible for the construction of 3D digital models in accordance with pre-established protocols and conventions in an internal and/or external collaboration approach.

• Ensure interpret and translate the technical constraints on the basis of principle plans 2D design plans or point clouds into digital models. Use proposals and drawings from designers for each discipline requested (civil mechanical geotechnical etc.).

• Participation in the adaptation of techniques improvements and innovations in 3D modeling activities.

• It brings the qualities necessary for the proper evolution of the digital model and offers compromises that combine 3D feasibility and technique.

• He participates in building and/or updating existing catalogues/ families.

• He works in project mode and participates in meetings to assist the coordinator on model subjects.

• Identify inconsistencies in modeling requirements.

• Participate in the integration of PLM/BIM into the design process.

• Assists with software technical support as needed.

• The modeller produces from the model the various deliverables necessary for the extraction of quantities required information or assembly of technical files depending on the phase of the studies.

About you

• Have a minimum of 3 years experience as a digital model designer or have significant professional experience acquired in these same fields.

• Must be able to secure Reliability clearance with the Government of Canada.

• The candidate must be proficient in 3D design toolssuch asSmartplant Revit and Tekla.

• With an analytical and team spirit the candidate has satisfactory experience in modeling digital models extracting data and producing deliverables from the model.

• Curious and rigorous the candidate masters modeling tools (3D PLM/BIM etc.) and the production of parametric families. Having a sense of service he is able to extract data from models and produce digital data.

• Communicate on the evolution of new technologies and techniques.

• Bilingual *

* This position requires knowledge of a language other than French namely English as it involves collaboration with members of the Canadian or global leadership team located outside Québec.

Expected compensation for this role is $100200- $137700. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills experience and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
