Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant Associates Degree in a related field 3 years of administrative assistant experience Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint in particular) Multilingual may be preferred or required Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Working knowledge of office equipment like printers and fax machines
