HCM Lead - Workday

About the Company

Our client, a large company in North Toronto, is seeking to hire an HCM Lead – Workday for an on-site (5 days a week in office) full time position.

About the Opportunity

• This is a techno-functional role with experience managing multiple Workday HCM implementations. The position has one direct report.

• We are looking for a 'full cycle' Workday consultant - someone who can sit with stakeholders and understand HCM requirements, then create a plan, and deliver the functionality/cofiguration hands-on, test it and deploy/train. We are most likely looking at people coming out of consulting who have done the full 360 degrees of the above duties (since company is now in 'self-deployment' stage).

• HCM Workday environment: 3000 employees world-wide

About You

• 5+ years experience with Workday HCM implementations in capacity of Consultant/Lead and including hands-on configuration experience

• Proven hands-on functional and technical expertise in Workday HCM, including Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Time, Reporting

• Strong team / people / stakeholder management experience

• Workday certification(s) required

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Ability to commute to North Toronto office 5 days/week

Base Salary Range

$110,000 - $140,000/year plus bonus
