Job description
Hi there! We're a small family living in Dufferin Grove. My husband is returning to work after a 1 year paternity leave, and we're looking for a special caregiver for our son, starting in November 2019. This will be about a 1 year long position, as he'll be starting at Montessori in September 2020. We are looking for a caregiver who is familiar with some Montessori methodology, loves engaging with kids in creative ways, cultivates a sense of wonder, and loves pets (we have a dog and a cat). If you are a creative or academic that is a bonus! We believe in raising our son with respect for everybody, and are 100% LGBT friendly. We are looking for something between part time and full time (around 25-30 hours), as we both have some flexibility in our schedules.
