About the Opportunity
  • Global Planning & Forecasting Leadership
    • Lead the Company’s annual business plan, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks, ensuring alignment across regions and functions.
    • Drive a standardized, disciplined planning process with clear assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
    • Partner with regional finance teams to ensure ownership, accountability, and execution of plans.
  • Executive Reporting & Performance Analytics
    • Own the global MBR reporting framework, delivering consistent, high-quality insights across: Finance performance, Sales and bookings, Operations (OTD, inventory, cost performance).
    • Translate complex data into clear narratives, key drivers, and actionable recommendations for the Leadership Board.
    • Elevate reporting from historical to forward-looking and predictive analytics.
  • Data & Analytics Transformation
      • Lead the design and deployment of enterprise analytics capabilities, leveraging:
      • Power BI (visualization & dashboards)
      • Prophix (planning & forecasting)
      • CRM systems (pipeline & bookings analytics)
      • Kinaxis (Supply Chain Planning)
      • ERP LN 10.7 (financial and operational data)
    • Drive data governance, consistency, and standardization across all reporting layers.
    • Partner with IT and business teams to ensure data integrity and automation of reporting workflows.
  • Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) Ownership
    • Design and manage the global Sales Incentive Plan framework, including:
      • Target setting aligned to strategic objectives
      • Transparent and consistent calculation methodologies
      • Accurate and timely payout processes
    • Provide ongoing performance monitoring and analytics to ensure incentives drive the right behaviours.
    • Continuously improve SIP processes to eliminate delays, disputes, and inconsistencies.
  • Strategic Business Partnering
    • Act as a trusted advisor to Finance, Sales, Engineering, Product Management and Operations leadership, providing insights that support growth, margin expansion, and operational efficiency.
    • Identify and quantify key value drivers, risks, and opportunities across the business.
    • Support strategic initiatives, including pricing, product mix, capacity planning, and digital transformation.
About You
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • CPA designation is required
  • 8–12+ years of progressive FP&A, analytics, or finance leadership experience
  • Experience in a global, multi-entity manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
  • Proven experience managing and developing teams
  • Deep expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and modelling
  • Strong expertise in performance analytics, business intelligence, and storytelling with data
  • Good with Power BI, Prophix (or other FP&A Systems), ERP systems (LN preferred)
  • Experience with CRM and supply chain planning tools (i.e. Kinaxis)
  • Advanced Excel and data modelling capabilities
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to connect data, business drivers, and outcomes
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills for executive audiences
  • Highly collaborative, with the ability to influence across regions and functions
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for automation, data, and analytics
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Salary Range
$180,000 - $200,000 / year
