Restaurant Supervisor Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to take on the role of Restaurant Supervisor. As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and personalized guest service, leading and motivating our food and beverage outlets.

The successful candidate will be accountable for meeting and exceeding Relais & Châteaux, Michelin Two Keys, AAA 4 & 5 Diamond, and Forbes Standards in terms of efficiency and personalized guest service.

This role requires :

• Ensuring efficient and personalized guest service that meets or exceeds industry standards.
• Providing motivational, innovative, and day-to-day leadership of our Food and Beverage outlets.
• Assisting with payroll, menu updates, and other administrative aspects of running a successful restaurant.

A valid Serving It Right certification is required, as well as a passion for excellence in guest service and commitment to continuous improvement.
