Well-established, busy medical clinic on Vancouver's desirable West Side is looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Medical Office Assistant (MOA) to join their supportive team in a full-time, permanent position.

This clinic is happy to provide on-the-job training for the right candidate with strong customer service, administrative, or medical office skills and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities include: Greeting and checking in patients Booking appointments and managing physician schedules Answering and triaging phone calls Maintaining accurate electronic medical records (EMR) Processing referrals, requisitions, and specialist correspondence Medical billing and administrative support (MSP billing experience is an asset but not required) Working collaboratively with physicians and the clinical team Ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic operations while maintaining patient confidentiality We're Looking For Someone Who: Has excellent customer service and communication skills Is organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Enjoys helping people and creating a positive patient experience Is comfortable using computers and willing to learn new software (EMR experience is an asset but not required) Works well both independently and as part of a collaborative team Brings professionalism, initiative, and a warm, caring attitude to every patient interaction Previous MOA or medical office experience is welcomed but not required.
