About the Role:
The Data & Reporting Analyst will support Physical Security & Crisis Management by coordinating governance, audit, business reporting, and data-driven insights for a best-in-class physical security program. This role will help produce clear, timely, and actionable reporting for leaders, while improving the processes, tools, and data practices that support regulatory, contractual, and organizational reporting requirements.
Reporting to the Manager, Physical Security Intelligence & Investigations, this position will work closely with teams across Physical Security & Crisis Management, including the Incident Reporting Centre, Security Technology, and Risk & Governance. The role will also collaborate with senior leaders, business partners, external consultancies, and peers across Security Strategy, Security Governance, Governance, Risk and Compliance, and Risk Management.
What will you do?
- Coordinate audit evidence, supporting documentation, and subject matter expert input for client, internal, and regulatory audits, including ISO 27001/27017, SOC 2, NIST, and other relevant frameworks.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reporting by maintaining reporting schedules, tracking deliverables, coordinating inputs, and ensuring timelines are met.
- Work with stakeholders across multiple teams to gather information, and clarify reporting requirements, to produce consistent, accurate, and executive-ready deliverables.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, summaries, and presentation materials that translate operational data into clear insights for decision-makers.
- Improve processes by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen data quality, and apply technology-enabled solutions.
- Analyze metrics, trends, and key risk indicators to identify opportunities to improve reporting quality, operational visibility, and management decision-making.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Degree or diploma in risk management, governance, business intelligence, data analytics, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in governance, reporting, audit coordination, business analysis, data analytics, or a comparable role in a large or complex organization.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365 Copilot, with experience using automation, reporting, or workflow tools considered an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare concise, accurate, and polished materials for leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and planning skills, with the ability to manage timelines, coordinate inputs, track deliverables, and engage with stakeholders, including senior leaders.
- High attention to detail, discretion in handling sensitive information, and comfort working through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to analyze information, identify trends, and translate data into clear business insights, dashboards, reports, or executive-level materials.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with physical security operations, access control systems, incident management platforms, or crisis management processes is an asset.
- Experience with enterprise-grade business intelligence or reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate, or other Microsoft Power Platform capabilities.

This role requires Reliability Status Clearance.
