Job Description

Reporting to the General Manager, responsibilities include:

• Provide executive leadership and strategic planning for all hotel departments to support service culture, optimize guest experience and operational performance.
• Consistently offer professional, warm, engaging service embodying the establishment’s values.
• Support the General Manager, acting on their behalf in absence.
• Oversee all hotel operations (food & beverage, rooms, security, engineering, golf, activities, wellness center, project management) ensuring efficiency and consistency.
• Monitor, analyze and control costs while optimizing operational efficiency and compliance.
• Develop and implement operational strategies for hotel restaurants to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Lead initiatives to obtain and maintain Michelin Key and Green Key distinctions.
• Lead and engage teams to create a solution‑oriented, collaborative, motivating environment.
• Guide departments to achieve financial and operational objectives through a positive culture, clear expectations, effective policies.
• Participate in preparation, presentation, and execution of annual operating budget, marketing and sales plan, and capital budget.
• Ensure continuous updating and implementation of emergency preparedness plan.
• Approve contracts, purchase orders, and expense authorizations in collaboration with Regional Director of Finance.
• Participate in recruitment for leadership positions within operational departments.
• Follow departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Work closely with teams to exceed performance objectives, including:
  • Guest Engagement: VOG / RPS
  • Employee Engagement: EES
• Perform any other related tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Previous senior leadership experience in a comparable hotel group.
• Strong expertise in hotel operations with deep understanding of operational, financial, and human challenges.
• University or college degree in a related field preferred.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism and quality.
• Strong alignment with luxury hospitality standards and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong customer focus, always calm, courteous, guest‑oriented.
