The Health & Safety Coordinator plays a key role in onboarding personnel, supporting emergency preparedness activities, conducting inspections and audits, and providing guidance to site teams to ensure work is performed safely and efficiently. This is a rotational, site-based role based in Northern Saskatchewan.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

In addition, you bring:

  • A Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) designation or equivalent professional certification
  • 3-5 years of experience in a health and safety role, preferably within mining, construction, or other industrial environments
  • Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation, standards, and best practices
  • Experience conducting inspections, audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments
  • Experience coordinating safety training, orientations, and certification tracking
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office and health and safety management systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • A demonstrated commitment to fostering a positive safety culture
