Quality Assurance Process Technician

JOB SUMMARY:
The Quality Assurance Process Technician supports the Quality Assurance department by managing inspection plans, monitoring production quality processes, and maintaining the data infrastructure that supports quality reporting across both facilities. This role has a strong operational presence on the Amherst plant floor, serving as the key link between the Quality Assurance department and production teams to ensure that non-conforming materials are identified, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.
JOB TASKS:
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

EH&S Act regulations.
Management System (quality and environmental). If the necessary steps are outside
assigned authority, there is an obligation to bring the issue to his/her supervisor.
