Job description
Join VINCI Construction Grands Projets Canada as an Administrative Officer to support vital infrastructure projects in Pickering. This role encompasses HR coordination, procurement assistance, and office management. Your role as the Administrative Officer is vital for the Pickering Nuclear Generating Station Refurbishment Program at VINCI. Contributing the expertise in HR and procurement, your efforts will enhance administrative efficiency within the company. Key tasks include managing timesheets, coordinating travel, and ensuring organized office operations while enhancing collaboration with various project teams. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee timesheet management and onboarding processes • Prepare documentation for client invoicing needs • Organize logistics for employees and manage office supplies • Verify procurement systems and support invoice reconciliation • Maintain compliance and efficiency in office operations Requirements: • Diploma in Human Resources or related fields • At least 3 years in a relevant work environment • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Effective communication and multitasking abilities • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook Contribute to important projects and be part of VINCI’s commitment to excellence in Canada. #J-18808-Ljbffr
