Job description
Director of First Impressions (Front Desk Reception).Days | Tuesday to Saturday | 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

About the Role:As our Director of First Impressions, you are much more than a receptionist—you are the welcoming face and heart of our community. Every resident, family member, visitor, and team member who walks through our doors will experience your warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.This is a full-time daytime position working Tuesday through Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Responsibilities:
  • Welcome residents, families, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Perform general reception and administrative duties.
  • Maintain schedules and assist with appointment coordination.
  • Respond appropriately to emergency calls and situations.
  • Support various departments with clerical and organizational tasks.
  • Help foster a positive, engaging, and welcoming atmosphere throughout the community.

  • Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • The ability to remain calm, professional, and compassionate in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with seniors.

Qualifications:Education:
  • Secondary school diploma (required).
Experience:
  • Minimum one year of administrative assistant experience (required).
  • Minimum one year of receptionist experience (required).
Language:
  • Fluent in spoken and written English (required).
