Coordinates purchasing activities and maintains accurate inventory records to ensure product availability. Collaborates with suppliers and internal teams to monitor stock levels and resolve discrepancies.

Main Duties
- Process and track purchase orders, requisitions, and supplier confirmations.
- Monitor inventory levels, set reorder points, and initiate replenishment actions.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with periodic physical inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies.
- Communicate with suppliers and internal departments to expedite deliveries and resolve order issues.
- Maintain and update inventory records and generate regular inventory and procurement reports.
- Analyze usage patterns and assist with forecasting demand to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
Requirements
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary coursework in supply chain, business, or a related field is an asset.
- Minimum of one year of experience in purchasing, inventory control, or a related role.
- Proficiency with inventory management systems and basic experience using spreadsheets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Good verbal and written communication skills for liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
