Job description
Take the lead as Director of Guest Services and Operations, enhancing each guest’s journey at our upscale hotel. This full-time position focuses on managing front office functions and promoting a culture of exceptional service. You will be responsible for daily operations, ensuring staff deliver friendly, engaging service while assisting with managerial tasks. Your ability to handle guest issues swiftly contributes to creating memorable experiences. Keeping employees informed daily will be key to personalizing guest services. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily front office department functions • Aid management in maintaining service quality • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly • Relay daily operational priorities to staff • Complete other assigned responsibilities Requirements: • Proven experience in hospitality leadership roles • Strong service-oriented personality • Familiarity with Opera or similar systems • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is advantageous Make a significant impact in guest satisfaction through vibrant leadership and effective operational management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
