What Youll Be Doing

  • Operate and monitor crushing and screening equipment to ensure consistent production targets are met
  • Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep equipment running safely and efficiently
  • Adjust crusher settings and feed rates to optimize material quality and throughput
  • Identify and report mechanical issues or hazards promptly to minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean safe and organized work site

What Are We Looking For

  • Strong ability to safely and effectively operate heavy equipment in a production environment supported by solid mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Committed to safety procedures with the ability to recognize assess and mitigate workplace hazards
  • Dependable team player with clear communication skills and a proactive solution focused approach to work
  • Capable of managing workload adapting to changing priorities and maintaining focus in a fast paced environment
  • Valid Class 3 drivers license with air brake endorsement

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment.

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
